It was a very easy test. I recently gave the CUET(Christ University Entrance Test) for Bcom Honours and here we're the things they asked. There were 6 sections
This was just basic accounts which you would know if you had taken commerce on 12th. Read the basics of accounting from 12th like theory and stuff. Questions like “What is journal?”, “Define accounting”, And some journal entries and even bank reconciliation statement can be expected. These were the questions I was asked. And all were MCQ.
This includes basic math problems from 10th but there were a few hard questions as well. But not too much. Buy a book called Quantative aptitude for competitive exams by Abhijit guha. This book helped a lot. Don't worry too much of you haven't taken maths I'm 11th and 12th. Even I didn't take math cause I would never have passed 12th if I had but I didn't have hard time at all. But do study some maths it's quite I. If I can do it you definitely can
Read Newspapers everyday and more than newspapers read book for GK and knowledge and facts and stuff. Like general things that have already Happened. Here are some of the questions I was asked just to give you an idea
Who is the new CEO of Google since 2015(Which unless your a Savage tribal you will know is SUNDAR PICHAI)
Which team was the first IPL Champions?(Mumbai Indians)
Who was the first woman to go to space?(Valentina Tereshkova)
The Pradhan mantri awas yojana promised to build 1crore houses in __________ year starting from 2016–17(5 years)
And more things like that can't really remember. But all were MCQ
Logical, verbal reasoning. Again buy a reasoning for competitive exams book. I know I sound like some person who works at a publishing house but seriously these books helped a lot. I got these books like just 20 days before the test and still got in! So if you study for a month you'll be good to go
They give graphs amd tables and ask questions based on that. There was also something about standard deviation, mean and stuff like that which more mathematical so I couldn't answer these
This was the easiest section and made me feel really good about myself But that dosnt mean you shouldn't practice this before hand
I recommend buying “Competition Success Review” which was very useful cause it had Mock tests which were similar to how the CUET was
I'm really sorry that all the bulletin numbers are 1. I'm not able to fix that. Maybe someone could tell me how to do that?
So All the best and do your best
