R.V College of Nursing was established in the year 2003 and is located in a wide area with the building having the latest infrastructure. This college is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences and is recognized by the Indian Nursing Council & Karnataka Nursing Council. Here, students are offered two different courses, Basic B.Sc. Nursing in undergraduate degree and M.Sc. Nursing in Post Graduate degree. B.Sc. ELIGIBILITY and Admission procedure

A candidate seeking admission should have:

1.       Passed the 2 years of Pre University Examination of Karnataka(+2) or identical examination as prescribed by Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences with Science subjects-Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

2.       Obtained a minimum of forty fifth within the Science subjects viz. Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English of the qualifying examination

3.       Completed seventeen years older at the time of admission or can complete this age on or before thirty first Gregorian calendar month of the year of admission.
