Renowned architect Alfaz Miller was enlisted to create a unique kind of DNA for Anya’s façade— a structure that is crescent-shaped rather than linear. Since the building lot was long and narrow, Miller’s idea for an eye-shaped design stood out from other proposals. Thanks to its sleek, curvy shape, each room differs in size and form. In deference to the surrounding buildings, a sandy palette was chosen for the exteriors.
