1.R.V. College of Engineering
R.V. College of Engineering is a private technical co-educational college located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Established in 1963, RVCE has 11 departments in engineering, one school in architecture, and a Master of Computer Applications department.

2.M.S. Ramaiah Institute of Technology
M.S. Ramaiah Institute of Technology (MSRIT), is an autonomous private engineering college located in Bangalore, Karnataka and is affiliated to the Visvesvaraya Technological University headquartered at Belgaum, Karnataka, India.
The college was established in 1962. Since August 2007, RIT has been academically autonomous for both Undergraduate and Postgraduate Programs.
While VTU will still award the degrees, the college has academic freedom in framing its own schemes of study, curricula and student evaluation. RIT offers undergraduate and graduate courses of study and research including Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Architecture, Master of Technology, Master of Business Administration and offers programs leading to award of PhD in various disciplines. RIT is also a research centre in 12 areas including engineering and management disciplines. RIT is the only engineering college in Bangalore that is autonomous for both undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
3.B.M.S. College of Engineering
B.M.S. College of Engineering (BMSCE) is an autonomous engineering college in Basavangudi, Bangalore, India. It was started in 1946 by Bhusanayana Mukundadas Sreenivasaiah and is run by the B.M.S. Educational Trust. It is affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University and became autonomous in 2008. BMSCE is located on the Basavangudi Area Bull Temple Road, diagonally opposite to the famous Bull Temple. Though a private engineering college, it is partially funded by the Government of Karnataka.
4.PES University
PES University (PESU), formerly PES Institute of Technology (PESIT), is a private university in Bengaluru, India. Established in 1972,
it is focused on five main educational areas: Engineering, Medicine, Management, Law and Life Sciences. The institutions offer both foundation courses in these areas, as well as specialization with a Bachelors/ Master/ PhD degree. It was upgraded to university status in 2013.
5.Dayananda Sagar
DSCE is located in Bangalore, Karnataka. It is a sector of Dayananda Sagar Institutions. The institute is named for its founder, Shri R Dayananda Sagar, who wanted to provide education for all sections of society. In 2015, the college was granted autonomy. It is an ISO 9001:2008 certified institute, approved by AICTE and the University Grants Commission, and accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council. It is ranked as one of the top engineering colleges in Karnataka.
6.J.S.S. Academy of Technical Education
J.S.S. Academy of Technical Education, Bangalore (JSSATEB), or in its full name Jagadguru Sri Shivarathreeshwara Academy of Technical Education, Bangalore, is an engineering college in Bangalore, India established in 1997 and managed by JSS Mahavidyapeetha, Mysore. The campus is located in on a hilly 21 acre campus on the Uttarahalli-Kengeri main road in close proximity to Rajarajeshwari Nagar on the southwestern edge of Bangalore City. The college is approved and accredited by All India Council for Technical Education as well as The National Board of Accreditation. JSSATEB is affiliated to VTU for engineering courses
At present JSSATE, Bangalore has seven Under Graduate and four Post Graduate programme in Engineering along a post Graduate programme in Business Administration.
