There are two possibilities, one- they tell you after your interview to pay fees then and there which means you're selected or they'll tell u that will notify you. The second option is for BBA students. I'm not aware of your admission proceedure, and I'm assuming it will be the first! It is advisable that u return to your native place if they tell that your results may not be declared immediately but will be notified to you via email. If not, they will tell u then and there!
Yes, you have to be personally be present for the interview!
It cannot be paid online. I guess they will ask you to pay via card transactions! (When I joined they asked to pay only in cash, now maybe Coz of demonitisation, they must've changed their policies. ) Also they will provide you with a SIB linked Christ debit card after admission.
