I recently had the chance to visit the British Airways Accra Office in Ghana, and I had a generally good experience.  The workplace was easy to locate and has a slick, contemporary feel.  The customer support staff was polite and informed, and I received assistance nearly instantly.  I valued the time they spent to go over the specifics of my flight and provide useful advice for my next trip.  Overall, the ambiance was pleasant, and I felt that the staff truly cared about promptly and properly resolving my difficulties, even though the waiting area could use a bit more seating.  The experience was easy and hassle-free.
