Guide Line’s for Health Checkup:

• Checkups on all days with prior appointment only. Any cancelation should be intimated at least 24 hours in advance.


• Payment will be accepted by Cash or Credit /Debit cards only.


• The entire package will take approx. 5-6 hours for completion.


• Any investigation other then those listed in the package requested will be charged extra with a special discount of 20% of the listed Hospital rate.


• Packages are supported by free counselling session and patient and their relatives are most welcome from the counselling sessions.


• You are requested to report for registration at the allocated appointment time.


• Please bring along all your earlier medical records at  time of health check up.

Follow the instructions carefully given at the time of choosing your Health Check up package some of which are

• Men’s are requested to shave their chest to ensure a good ECG/Treadmill test.


• Some of the blood and urine sample are collected as testing samples requires a minimum of 12 hours testing.


• if you are pregnant or think you could be please inform the doctor before undergoing any tests.


• If you are on any morning medication please do not have morning medication on the day of check up, but carry them along so that can be taken after collection of blood sample.


• For senior citizen or special care citizen samples can be collected from home or ambulance can be arrange without any extra charges.
