RV College of Engineering (RVCE) located in Bangalore, Karnataka is a Private college that was established in the year 1963. The Institution is run by a non-profitable Rashtreeya Sikshana Samithi Trust. The College offers Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.), M.Tech and MCA courses to the candidates.

In keeping with India’s vision to become a world leader in Science and Technology and to usher in a new revolution, resulting in an unprecedented economic growth, RSS Trust reassessed the need of technical manpower and decided to set up RVCE in Bangalore.

Rashtriya Vidyapeeth College of Engineering is a private prestigious co-educational institute located in Bangalore, Karnataka. It is affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University and it is known to offer various UG and PG programs across multiple specializations. Under UG wing, the college is known to offer Batchelor of Engineering Program while under PG wing, it offers MTech and MCA.

• For the Karnataka residing candidates, the selection to BE course is done on the basis of KCET (Karnataka Common Entrance Test) conducted by Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) that begins in the month of January every year
• For the non-Karnataka residing candidates, the selection of the candidates to BE course is done on the basis of marks scored in COMEDK examination that begins in the month of February every year
• 45% seats are filled through KCET, 30% seats are filled based on COMEDK and 25% seats are reserved for Management, all merit-based quota
• The selection of the candidates to MTech is done on the basis of a valid GATE score that begins in the month of September every year.
