JET 2020 Exam Day Guidelines
What to carry on Exam Day?
The test-takers will be provided a pencil and a sheet for any rough work they do. However, candidates are advised to carry a pen or a pencil for the test. Smoking and eating during the exam are strictly prohibited in the examination room.
What not to carry on Exam Day?
- JET 2020 aspirants will not be allowed to carry watches, calculators, jewellery, bags, purses, phones, etc. to the JET 2020 exam centre.
- Candidates will not be allowed to leave the exam hall without the permission of Centre Superintendent or the Invigilator concerned.
- No candidate will be allowed to carry any eatables, tea or coffee into the examination room during exam hours.
Candidates are required to submit following:
- Photo Identification (e.g. Driving License / PAN Card / Passport / Voter ID / College or Organization ID)
- A photocopy of CAT / XAT / GMAT Score card
- Payment Receipts (for applications through coaching centres)
- Original and 1 Self-Attested Copy of the following documents:
- X and XII mark sheets
- Graduation Mark Sheets - Year-wise or Semester-wise, whichever applicable and Graduation Certificates (if declared)
- For Post-graduate students, Mark Sheets - Year-wise or Semester-wise, whichever applicable and Graduation Certificates (if declared)
- Professional Degree Mark sheets (if applicable)
- For Candidates with work experience (Current as well as each of the previous job experiences)
- Work experience/ Service certificate
- Joining letter and the last payslip

JET 2020 Eligibility Criteria
Jain University has set prescribed eligibility criteria for candidates seeking admissions into the undergraduate and postgraduate courses offered at the University through JET Entrance Exam. Candidates must comply with the set GET eligibility criteria to be able to apply for admissions. Take a look at the detailed JET 2020 eligibility criteria:
- Candidates who have passed 12th/PUC or ISC/CBSE or equivalent board with Physics & Mathematics as compulsory subjects with Chemistry, Electronics, Computer Science, Biology.
- Candidates applying for admission through JET should have a minimum aggregate of 60%
- 5% relaxation in the minimum percentage is given for SC/ST candidates.
- Cambridge students applying for admissions at Jain University must have 3 subjects at ‘A’ Level including Physics, Chemistry & mathematics
- Candidates who have completed class 12 or equivalent exams or final year students of class 12 or candidates with their results awaited can also apply for admissions through JET.
- NIOS candidates are also eligible to apply for Jain Entrance Test
Documents required
- Admit card: Candidates will have to carry a printed copy of their JET 2020 Admit Card downloaded from Jain University’s website.
- Photo ID: Any one of the authorized photo IDs (must be original, valid and non-expired) too is required. This can be your PAN card/ Driving License/ Voter ID/ Passport/ Aadhaar Card (With photograph)/ Aadhaar Enrolment No/ Ration Card.
