Bharati Vidyapeeth University (BVP) established in the year 1964 by the Indian educationist and politician Patangrao Kadam. There are 78 schools and 60 institutions that run under this University. It aims at providing higher education to students in various disciplines like Management, Engineering, and Humanities. The renowned NAAC and UGC affiliate the University. It works under the management of Dr. Shivajirao Kadam who serves as Vice-Chancellor.

Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University, Pune Campus Life

BVP has four campuses in Pune, at Balewadi, Lavale, Katraj (Dhankawadi), and Kothrud. Katraj is the main campus that sprawls around 85 acres of land. The University has a well-maintained football and other sports ground. It has Bharti Hospital, Ayurveda and Homeopathic Hospitals.

There are hostels to accommodate boys and girls, ATM, Bharati Bank Branch, 24X7 open Medical Store, Mess Facility and Canteen for students. The campus is clean and green. It has excellent and well-equipped labs, a big library, free Wi-Fi facility all through the campus, parking lot, gym, and modern style classrooms. The infrastructure has got its design in such a manner that the students do not face a problem during their stay in the college campus.

Minimum Qualifying Criteria

The entrance test will be 100 marks. The questions will be multiple choice in nature. The total number of questions will be 100 in number. There is no negative marking for the wrong marked answers as such. A candidate who is appearing in the entrance test must secure a minimum of 50% marks and 45% (for SC/ST) in LL.B. Entrance Test 2020. These eligibility criteria are based on as per last year detail.

After qualifying the LL.B entrance test a candidate must attend the first counselling session conducted by the university.

If she/ he secures a seat in the counseling, he will be provisionally registered for the admission until he/she submits his original documents.
