What is IPU CET 2020?

IPU CET stands for Indraprastha University Common Entrance Test. Indraprastha University offers admission to the various Under Graduate and Post Graduate courses. The admission of the candidates is done through Common Entrance Test (CET) or on the merit of the qualifying degrees. The application form was released on March 3 and the last date has been revised from March 31 to April 17 due to COVID-19. The application correction facility will be available from April 18 to April 20. Candidates can download IPU CET 2020 admit card from May 10. The exam dates are also changed and now the exam will take place from May 20 to May 30.

IPU CET 2020 Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for each course list down requirements such as minimum academic qualifications, minimum qualifying percentages, and compulsory subjects which candidates should fulfil to be deemed eligible for CET. IP University 2020 eligibility criteria will be different for different courses; hence, the minimum qualifying percentages, academic qualifications, mandatory subjects are to vary as per different subjects.

IPU CET B.B.A Eligibility Criteria

Candidates appearing for GGSIPU CET BBA 2020 can go through the eligibility criteria given below to ensure that they are eligible for the admission:

• Candidates should have completed his higher secondary education (10+2) from a recognized university or board. The minimum marks to be obtained by the candidates must be 50%
• The age of the candidate should not be more than 21 years on August 1, 2020
• Candidates can be a citizen of India or outside of India. International candidates have to submit relevant documents related to their nationality

• Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes/Widows or Wards of Defence Personnel/ Persons with disability will be allowed 5% relaxation of marks

IPU CET 2020 Admit Card

The university will release the admit card of IPU CET 2020 for the registered candidates to download. Candidates must note that the IPU CET 2020 admit card is the mandatory document that has to be carried in the exam hall. No students are allowed to appear in the exam without the IPU CET admit card 2020. Candidate must carry two printouts of the hall tickets with the passport size photograph pasted on both of them.

IPU CET 2020 Counselling

Mode of Counselling: Online, Offline

The counselling of IP University 2020 is held in multiple rounds; each subsequent round is conducted for shortlisted candidates who did not get admissions in the previous round to fill the vacant seats. The university also conducts an offline spot counselling round at the end to fill vacant seats if any. In case of online IP University 2020 counselling, candidates have to pay a participation fee of Rs. 1000/- and submit an online preference form. In case of offline counselling, candidates have to physically attend the IPU counselling 2020 session on the specified date and the specified venue, pay the participation fees and handover their preferences.
