Description

Golden Revive Plus has some good ingredients, it just only has two of them within their effective dosage ranges. That means that the bromelain and boswellic acid will have some health benefits for Golden Revive Plus to shout about.

Quercetin could've been a particularly interesting inclusion, with it being relatively effective for less commonly focused on joint health conditions, but the dosage of 190mg is well below the 1000mg ideal dose. [1]

Then there's the vitamin blend which doesn't even hit double digits of your daily recommended intake, so we're not really sure what they think 7% of your vitamin C requirements are going to really do for joint pains.

If it was a bit cheaper, we could've given it a decent score based on having at least 2 ingredients in their useful doses. Unfortunately for Golden Revive Plus, it simply doesn't compare to the other supplements in it's price range.

The best of which contain these functional ingredients, the underdosed ones in Golden Revive Plus and more. Take for example FlexAgain, it has a functional vitamin blend, Bromelain, Boswellia, curcumin dosed correctly, unlike the half a dose in Golden Revive, and then 6 more ingredients that as if not more effective.

Golden Revive Plus Amazon Reviews

The verified golden revive plus reviews tend to fall into a split between 3 camps. Overall they were pretty favorable, which we expected, but there's a lot of fake ones in here too. With a lot of people talking about the taste as if it was a food product. We suspect that someone at the review service got confused about which product reviews they were spamming.

However, once we filtered for this most suggested that it helped a little bit, but not as much as they'd hoped and certainly not as much as the marketing had claimed. The next most prevalent was the "it didn't work at all" camp which was relatively common.

On a positive note, there were limited references to Golden Revive Plus side effects.

Golden Revive Plus Reviews Reddit

There weren't a whole lot of reddit reviews of Golden Revive Plus, with the majority of them being obvious attempts at selling the product, probably by the company themselves or people who work for them in one way or another. There was also a lot of spam Golden Revive Plus reviews here, with one of the most prominent listing a host of ingredients that aren't actually in the product.

We couldn't find any plausible positive or negative Golden Revive Plus reviews on reddit.

Golden Revive Plus Walmart Reviews

It's worth noting that there is a fake product currently avialable on Walmart. A quick look a the ingredients list will show that it is not the same, and as a result most of the negative reviews of Golden Revive Plus on Walmart reflect that. This may change should the legitimate product make it to the site. Many people don't realize that Walmart opens it's online store up as a marketplace for 3rd party sellers similarly to Amazon. Meaning that this is most likely not being sold by THE Walmart.

Golden Revive Plus Our Personal Test

Now, we have two testers in particular on the Center TRT team who regularly take joint pain supplements. One for arthritis pain relief specifically and the other as a result of a serious shoulder injury. They both normally take FlexAgain which we rated as the number one joint pain supplement.

So, we asked them to try Golden Revive Plus for 6 weeks. Both thought it was poor, that their joint pain was notably worse after the switch and that quite simply put, it wasn't nearly as effective.

Golden Revive Plus Pros & Cons

Pros

Cons

●   Correct Dose Of Bromelain & Boswellia

●       Most Ingredients Are Underdosed

●       Good Customer Reviews On Amazon

●   Overpriced

Golden Revive Plus Ingredients

Vitamin C 6mg - This is 7% of your recommended daily intake and whilst vitamin C can have some benefit for joint pain relief, the fact of the matter is, that the 7% in Golden Revive Plus isn't going to do very much. Vitamin C can work if you have a deficiency, but we're not talking about a minimal (subclinical) example. [2] And 7% is not going to do anything at all for a deficiency large enough to have started causing joint pain.

Magnesium 67mg - Coming from magnesium citrate, this has one thing going for it, that it's in it's bioavailable form, but with this only covering 16% of your RDI, it's not going to do very much at all. There's a fair amount of evidence to show that 300mg of magnesium [3] can be beneficial for joint pain, but there's a reason that combined supplements don't tend to include magnesium. And that's because for it to be in a digestible form it generally only makes up 15% of the compound that it's part of. Meaning that you'd need two full capsules of a magnesium supplement alone for it to be in an effective dose for joint pain. As such, this isn't a good inclusion for golden revive plus.

Boswellia 333mg - With this only being 86% boswellic acid it comes in at 286mg of the functional ingredient. This is actually more than needed for it to be within it's effective range. [4] Boswellic acid has been shown to be a reasonably effective anti inflammatory in multiple clinical trials and has made it into a lot of joint pain supplements. Unfortunately for Golden Revive Plus, it's pretty much expected. And in all of the much better supplements in it's price range.

BCM-95 333mg - This is functionally a dose of Curcumin (a Turmeric extract) at 286mg, and we really rate curcumin as a great dietary supplement for joint pain, muscle tension and arthritis pain. The problem is that it needs to be at 500mg or above to be effective. If dosed correctly it's been shown to be as effective as none steroidal pain relief for joint and muscle pain. [5] And as we've said about a lot of the Golden Revive Plus ingredients, this is done better in other supplements at the same price point.

Bromelain 167mg - Similar to boswellia this is a decent ingredient for a joint health supplement. it's been shown to be effective at reducing joint stiffness in chronic inflammatory illnesses such as osteoarthritis. [6] The enzyme itself is extracted from pineapples, and has been in use for muscle soreness for some time as well, making it a good ingredient for Golden Review Plus. The problem is that like boswellia it too is in a lot of the better options meaning we've yet to come across anything unique in our upwellness golden revive review to set it apart from the likes of FlexAgain, which have these ingredients and 9 more, in their actual effective dosages.

Quercetin 190mg - Quercetin is the one ingredient in our Golden Revive Plus Review that could've made things interesting. It's been shown to suppress the effects of cytokines, the body's inflammatory substance, reducing inflammation in chronic pain conditions like arthritis. The problem is quite simply with the amount in Golden Revive Plus. 250mg is the very bottom end of what's been shown to be effective with 1000mg being the ideal range. [7] This is especially disappointing as the ingredient has been shown to be quite effective for rheumatoid arthritis which not many joint and muscle pain relief supplements are designed for due to a lot of ingredients requiring much higher dosages than in osteoarthritis.

Bioperine 7mg - Bioperine is fine, yes it is better dosed at 10mg, [8] it's helps the body absorb dietary supplements in general. Generally speaking it actually works well with curcumin which tend to be more difficult to absorb, but it's not going to make up for there being half of the effective dose. This means it's better used in a lot of other supplements for chronic inflammation. There's nothing particularly wrong with this ingredient although it could be better. There have also been some recent studies that suggest 20mg of Bioperine could reduce joint pain as a solo ingredient, but these are relatively small and certainly not well backed enough to suggest joint health is one of the ingredients health advantages.

Golden Revive Plus Review Conclusion

All in all Golden Revive Plus is by no means the worst on the market, it's got a couple of good ingredients which will definitely offer some joint health benefits. The catch is simply that there are much better options on the market than Golden Revive Plus.

The one saving grace it has that most of these better options aren't vegan so if your diet is particularly restrictive then it could be an option. But, even in that case we'd recommend getting a generic brand bromelain and boswellic acid supplement.

If you're looking for a more comprehensive supplement in the same price range then we recommend spending the extra $10 a month and getting FlexAgain instead.
