A lip pimple shapes a raised red knock, which might have a whitehead or a blackhead in its middle. It doesn't occur straightforwardly on lips however shows up on the external line of our upper or lower lips. These pimples are easily visible to the eyes. This bump contains yellow liquid in it and it is very painful  but it doesn't itch or burn.  You can't even touch it and it takes more time to get rid of.  

 

On the other hand Lip sores are contaminated. It can spread from one person to another.  always try to avoid sharing your lipstick and drinking in the same water bottle or glass. It can occur directly on the lip and at the same time they can occur one or more red bumps. It's very painful and it stays for several days. When it occurs you feel itching on that portion. It contains some fluid substance. 

 

So after knowing the difference between lip pimple or lip sore you are pretty much sure about it. Before knowing the possible remedies you have to know why and how it occurs.
