LLB course is regulated by the Bar Council of India (BCI), and it is a supervisory body of Law education in India.
It is a three-year course but the candidate who owns a graduate degree can only proceed for the LLB course. So basically there are two option for Law course. One is after graduation three-year course and second is a 5-year course after 12th, which is BALLB HONS. Degree.
And after completing the degree, you can peruse for LLB practice. And there is only one difference between LLB and BALLB. And the difference is one year’s time. For the LLB course, you have to give three years after graduation. That means a total of six-year. And after 6-year you will get an LLB degree.
Qualification:
The essential eligibility criteria for chasing this Course is Pass at the Higher Secondary School Examination (10+2) system with aggregate less than 50 per cent of the overall marks or an equivalent examination, for example, 11+1, ‘A’ degree in Senior School Leaving certification course) by a recognized University of India or out or by a Senior Secondary Board or equal.
Comprised or accepted by the Union or from a State Government or by an equivalent institution by a foreign nation approved by the authorities of the country. These regulations may be diverse but are similar in virtually all institutes.
Applicants that have got + 2 Greater Secondary Pass Certification or First Degree Certificate after prosecuting research in correspondence or distance method shall likewise be regarded as qualified for Admission.

Who Can Avail Direct Admission In BBA-LLB /BA-LLB /LLB Through Management Quota Chance?
Top Law Colleges Admission through Management Quota: Students who performed for Law Entrance Exams like SLAT, SET, CLAT, AILET or LSAT, BVP CET Law etc. but couldn’t achieve the cutoff for the desired Law College can still get Direct Admission in BBA-LLB /BA-LLB /LLB through management quota in courses like BA-LLB or BBA-LLB.
