A great way to get fit is to stop drinking whole milk and switch to non-fat milk. While whole milk does provide quality nutrition, it's high in fat, which won't aid you if you're looking to get fit. Non-fat milk is a much better alternative to whole milk.

If you want to improve your nutrition you should shop at a farmer's market. It is easy to find nutritious whole foods and avoid highly processed foods at these markets. Processed foods often contain unhealthy amounts of salt, sugar, and fat. Instead of artificially colored and flavored foods you can get lots of good nutrition from local and seasonal fruits and vegetables.

Keep yourself motivated by trying new activities and classes. Try taking on something you've never done before. Consider taking a boxing class or learning yoga. Maybe you've always wanted to ballroom dance. Give it a try, you can never have too many ways to keep your body moving and active.
