Admission under management quota in New Horizon College of Engineering, The major objective of our library is to provide authentic information to the student at any given point of time. The library is spread over two floors with 605 seating capacity, state of art digital library, Adobe Digital Centre of Excellence, ID-Card Centre, Video Conference Room, Online class room with recording facility, Students Discussion Rooms, Faculty Discussion Room, and Books & Stationery shops are available in the Ground Floor and Stack Area, Reference Section, Circulation Counter, OPAC Search, Journals/Magazines and Newspaper Sections are made available at the Lower Level of the library building.

The Library holds a hybrid collection of printed as well as electronic resources which include books, journals, databases, audio-visuals, CDs/DVDs, e-books, e-journals, reports, course materials, previous years question papers, bound volumes, project reports, case studies, conference proceedings, training manuals, etc. Currently the library holds over 46036 volumes, 68 print journals, provides access to electronic resources, newspapers and business magazines, and 4153 multimedia resources, and also have institutional membership of ISTE, CSI, DELNET, IETE, and IEI.

New Horizon Hostels have been constructed to provide a safe and congenial atmosphere for the students. Separate hostel facilities are available for boys and girls on campus. The living spaces are structured to inspire harmony. We have spared no pains in making the surroundings fresh and green. Such a conducive environment is ideal for the germination of productive thoughts and ideas.

The Hostel serves a home away from home for these students. Our idea of the dormitories, unlike other institutions, is an area meant for the students to study, relax and socialize.

• Excellent placement cell. Many companies visit the college to recruit candidates.
• Lush greenary which brings out the positivity of the campus. Great place to chill with friends after college (or after bunking classes) ;-)
• Amazing library which comes with good number of reading rooms. You can utilize these reading rooms for group study.
• Has a Baseketball court, Cricket ground, Volly Ball court and Badminton court and a Photocopy center.
• NHCE conducts an annual fest called “Sargam”. I will proudly admit that this is the best college fest in South-East Bangalore area. None of the neighbouring college can do better than NHCE. We even had “Sunburn” event once.
• What We appreciate the most is the Infrastructure of this college. Everything is near to you unlike other colleges with massive infrastructure. For example, if you want to go to Library or Canteen, its a 2 min walk.
• Friendly Lecturers/Professors. If you be very good to them, they will treat you well.
