R.V. College of Engineering Bengaluru offers many undergraduate and postgraduate programs on different engineering subjects.
RV College of Engineering courses in the B. Tech program includes subjects like Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Product Design and Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering and Management, Machine Design etc. M. Tech program includes subjects like Digital Communication, Bioinformatics, Software Engineering, Power Electronics, Tool Engineering etc.
Full-time courses are available in the institute with a duration of two to four years. The RV College of Engineering fee structure of the M. Tech and B. Tech courses range between 1.29 lakhs and 2.38 lakhs, respectively. RV College of Engineering eligibility depends on the academic record of the student.

RV College of Engineering admission 2019 requires all the applicants of the institute to get a certain score in the qualifying exam in order to get approved for the course. COMEDK UGET is the test conducted by the engineering colleges of Karnataka. This is a state-level test which is followed by the counselling round and the personal interview round.
KET (Karnataka Examination Authority) has commenced another test called KCET for admission in postgraduate programs. COMEDK UGET is like the JEE exam and is required to be cleared by the B. Tech applicants.
The final selection of the candidates of RV College of Engineering admission is based on the combined score of test and the personal interview round. The RV College of Engineering application form 2019 is available on its official website.
Campus Facility
RVCE campus is spread across 52 acres amidst verdant surroundings, offering an environment conducive to learning. The college library features a collection of 93017 books and 3445 journals. The college canteen caters to 100 students and staff. RVCE campus boasts broadband connectivity of 8 mbps and 4 mbps speed and the browsing center stays open from 9am to 12 in the midnight for students’ use. The college also provides transport facilities for its students and staff.
The on-campus banking facility is provide by ING-Vysya Bank Which caters to the need of 4000 students and staff. The campus also houses a health center which is open to students and staff from 9am to 7pm and sports facilities for cricket, football, hockey, volley ball, basketball, badminton, shuttle badminton, table tennis, gymnasium, indoor games and track events.

Placements: The placement may be divided into two- 1)CSc::ECE::EEE 2) other departments. (This is how it is in any other colleges too.) The avg package in CSc and ECE is 1Olpa( highest 3O lpa) and that in EEE is 8–9lpa (highest 16 lpa). Many elite MNCs hit the campus ex-Google, Microsoft, Walmart, Cisco, Qualcomm, Infosys( offered 16lpa; not for mass recruitment), SAP, JP Morgan Chase &Co., Morgan Stanley, Caterpillar, BookMyShow, BEL, Mercedes, etc. There were 15O+ recruiters. The other departments’ students manage to get either 6 digit package (few got 7 digit packages too ex Tata steels(11lpa)) or most of them pursue higher education. And they have very great future after their further studies.RV college has only domestic placements. So, please accept the fact that 3Olpa domestic placement is good enough, I would say it’s great.
