Hi there! Just had to leave a positive review for the Qatar Airways Jakarta Office. The staff immediately made me feel welcome as a customer from the time I walked in. I had some confusing questions regarding visa requirements, and they explained all of it well. Their knowledge and patience impressed me greatly. The line was very quick-moving, and the entire office was neat and clean. I did not anticipate that much service in a city office, but Qatar Airways truly has high standards everywhere. I felt secure and prepared for my travel upon leaving. Will surely use their office again when necessary.
