The college offers about 12 UG courses, 21 PG courses along with research programs in various specializations. The curriculum of the courses covers the theoretical concepts, practical experiments along with the necessary skills required to work in an organization. In order to get admission, the candidates have to appear in KCET/COMEDK UGET/JEE Main exam and follow a rigorous admission procedure to pursue a course at RVCE Bangalore.

The placement cell provides essential pre-placement training for the final year students in the form of a written test and interview process to well prepare the students for different industries.

RVCE B.Tech Eligibilty Criteria

1). should note that minimum academic qualifications are as follows:-

• 10th Std. Min. 70% in Maths and Science subjects separately.
• 11th Std. Min. 65% in Maths and Physics subjects separately

OR

• 12th Std. Pre-Board exam 65% in Maths and Physics subjects separately.

2). Candidates should compulsorily appear in either CET / COMED-K / AIEEE / JEE.Any other National Entrance Test for Professional Programs.

RV College of Engineering scholarships are offered on merit cum means scholarships to the poor and meritorious students. Sports scholarships of amounts up to 3 lakhs are also given to the students who represent the VTU team.

Inter-university competition winners are also given scholarships and for State representation, students are provided scholarships on National and International level.
