Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies (SSCBS) is a premier institution of the University of Delhi, Imparting path-breaking education in the fields of Management and Information Technology. It was established in August 1987 by the Delhi Administration on the initiation of UGC and the Ministry of Human Resources, CBS (as it is popularly referred to), has, in a short span of 3 decades, established itself as the leading undergraduate management school.

What is DU JAT 2020?

DU JAT is a national level entrance exam conducted for admission to professional undergraduate programmes offered by 18 colleges affiliated to Delhi University. Like last year, National Testing Agency (NTA) will be hosting DU JAT examination on behalf of the Delhi University. The entrance exam facilitates admissions to the following courses:

• Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS),
• Bachelor of Business Administration (Financial Investment Analysis)
• BA (Hons) in Business Economics

National Testing Agency has changed the registration dates for DU JAT 2020.  DU JAT entrance exam is set to be conducted between June 2 and June 9 in multiple slots across 18 Indian cities.

DU JAT 2020 Eligibility

Candidates applying for DU JAT 2020 must fulfill the following eligibility criteria.

• Candidates must have secured at least 60% (55% for SC/ST/CW/PwD and 54% for OBC (Non-Creamy) categories) with English and Mathematics among core subjects in class 12. The aggregate should be based on the marks in four papers – English, Mathematics and any other two subjects provided by the Delhi University.
• Candidates, who have appeared in their final exams and their results are awaited, can also apply for DU JAT exam. However, they will have to produce the qualifying certificate at the time of counselling.
• Candidate should have passed in all the above four subjects
• Applicants with “compartment” results are not eligible to apply.
• There is no minimum age bar for taking this test.
• Eligibility Criteria for merit-based admissions under the EWS category shall be similar to that of UR category

DU JAT 2020 Exam Day Guidelines

Candidates must keep the following points on the examination day:

• Carry your DU JAT 2020 admit card to the examination centre
• Reach DU JAT exam centre at least an hour before the reporting time
• Avoid carrying electronic devices like calculators, mobile phones, earphones, inside the exam centre
• Do the rough work in the sheet provided by the invigilator.
• Do not leave the exam hall before the completion of the test
