To accomplish this task, the Placement cell or Career and Professional Cell of the institute work dedicatedly. This cell is the link between legal fraternity and the students. It conducts and manages campus recruitments in the institute. The cell comprises of students and faculty that discover various opportunities all the year round. 

The cell not only takes care of campus recruitment but undertakes the responsibility of training the students so they can be commendable during the recruitment process. It provides training to students by organizing various lectures, training sessions, workshops, and at the end of the screening process curriculum vitae verification takes place to ensure that students are ready for further process.

Since its formation, the placement cell has been successful in establishing a good network all across the legal market. Students have successfully grabbed opportunities at the corporate sector as well as the Bar. Many leading law firms have recruited students over the period. It also takes care of facilitating internship for students, so they can get the training and give their best.

Training inculcates managerial and leadership skills in students. They learn various professional skills such as legal services, advocacy, legislation, advisory, and law reforms. Throughout the year, the cell helps students to discover and enrich their area of interest.  The highest package offered at the institute was Rs. 15 LPA.

Symbiosis Law School offers a wide range of facilities in its dedicated girls and boys hostel. Management takes utmost care of students as most of the students come from other cities leaving their home behind.
