Placements in C.M.R. Institute of Technology

The Career steerage and Placement Bureau of this institute fetch many employment opportunities for its students with completely different leading organisations. This cell organises many orientation programmes for the scholars to instill the various skilled and soft skills within the students.

Within the term of 2017-2018, over four hundred students received placement offers with leading organisations, and over forty corporations participated within the enlisting drive. a number of the prime recruiters of this session were IBM, Deloitte, Capgemini, Wipro, Infosys, IBM, HP, Orcale, Adobe, Accenture and many more.

It has a good record of placements. Usually it crosses 300+ for a 700 batch of students. During our time(2016) it had reached the peak. 80% of the eligible students(60% aggregate & no backlogs during placements) were placed. Main reason was TCS recruited a record breaking 212 students. 90% of the companies are IT and Tech Support based. Core companies for Mechanical, Civil and Electrical will come hardly. Luckily if they come also, they will ask 70+ aggregate.
